Luurah Productions will be entering a Transitional Period

In the wake of the "Megapoclypse" as Starseeker of /m/subs called it, Luurah Productions will be going through a transitional period.  We're in the process of redoing all episodes of "Daltanious: Robot of the Future" from scratch.  This means, we won't be using the Italian or Spanish dub as base for that series any longer.  What we do need, however, is more staff to help out.

Luurah Productions is currently recruiting the following positions...

Japanese-to-English Translators (This position is very important as this person will be responsible for translating all dialogue from Japanese to English.  Of course, you must be fluent in both Japanese and English for this position.)
Quality Checkers (While we have one that has helped out insurmountably, we are in need of another.  Basically, we need another person who can go over any possible translation errors and fix what could be broken.  Being knowledgeable in Japanese helps with this position.)

Also, you'll notice on that there's a Paypal button on the site.  Please feel free to donate whatever you can.  The donations sent there will be used solely for our translation projects.

  1. Does this mean you're gonna re-do all previous episodes? You're close to the end, won't this mean a very long delay now?

    1. Episodes 1-23 of Daitanious will be redone, yes; we're hoping that the waiting period for the properly translated episodes won't be too long but as the rest of the staff has to wait as well...

  2. I wish you luck, but I think it would be wise to finsih the series as you started. Then you will be free to apply your new approach to all future projects. I'm sure many like myself have been eagerly awaiting this series being finished; to start from scratch again seems a step too far IMHO.

    1. None yet. When I have any news to share, I'll be announcing on the website and spamming as many fansub news sites as I can find.

  4. Cool. Look forward to hearing some good news soon. Best of luck.

  5. Still no news... Any chance of just going back to the old way of doing things?
