Mach GoGoGo: The Mysterious Masked Racer

Luurah Productions is ready to release Episodes 3 and 4 of the classic Tatsunoko series, Mach GoGoGo, our joint project with The Skaro Hunting Society!

In this two-parter, we are introduced to the infamous "Masked Racer", an allegedly cursed race car driver in which every race he participates in has accidents... many accidents.  Also, despite his father's reservations, Go Mifune plans to participate in the Falcon's Table 300 Miles Race.  This dates back to an incident six years prior that caused the Mifune Family some friction.

Back to the race, however, the Alpha Team has designs on winning the Falcon's Table 300 Miles Race... even if it means taking out the competition beforehand.  One of their targets, of course, involves the Masked Racer... and even Go Mifune, himself!

Will the Alpha Team succeed?  Who will win the race?  Check out the two-parter and find out!  It's definitely worth watching!

UFO Senshi Dai Apolon: Episode 06

I keep forgetting to mention this, but also a big special thanks goes to Nanto of "The Skaro Hunting Society" for his help in getting my Dai Apolon project off the ground!  He has been sending me videos of Dai Apolon that were subbed on KIKU-TV in the 1970's which were used as major source of translation material for these subs.  Without his help, this would've taken a lot longer to accomplish.  Thanks, Nanto!  You're awesome!

Episode 06 of UFO Senshi Dai Apolon is ready for blast off!

In this episode, Takeshi is starting to let his new position give him a swelled head.  He has started becoming conceited and whatnot because of his acquired powers as Dai Apolon.  It even takes as far as Rabi to appear in a vision in an attempt to humble the hero.  If you want to see if he gets the message, you'll have to download the episode to find out.

UFO Senshi Dai Apolon: Episode 05

 

The "UFO Boy Scouts" are back again in Episode 05 of UFO Senshi Dai Apolon!

 

False UFOs attack an unknown port town that happens to be Goro's hometown before he became an orphan.  Of course, some of Goro's backstory is revealed in this episode.  The UFO Boy Scouts investigate, and Goro discovers that Jyunko, a childhood friend of Goro's, had lost her father in the false UFO's attack.  Check out what unfolds later on.

 

The direct download for Episode 05 is being delayed.  PackUpload isn't behaving again, so I'm afraid those who are torrent-impaired will have to wait a little longer.  I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

To make up for the delay somewhat, I found this YouTube video that was uploaded by MarioCyrascoII, who also made many other karaoke videos of various anime theme songs and sentai theme songs as well.  It's of the theme song to UFO Senshi Dai Apolon though it uses a different translation than the one I'm using for my videos.  Still, I suggest visiting this person's YouTube channel and send him your thanks.

Juuni Senshi Bakuretsu Eto Rangers: Episode 16

Episode 16 of Juuni Senshi Bakuretsu Eto Rangers is finally here!

For those who don't know what the story is about, I'll tell you.  These twelve anthropomorphic animals travel time and space to pocket dimensions called "Novel Worlds" where the Eto Rangers (usually enters as an assorted team of 3 to 5 members at a time) search for a Jyarei Monster which corrupts the Novel World before it can utterly destroy it afterwards.  The Eto Rangers, then, have to search for the Jyarei Monsters, discover its identity, and then defeat it.  Each of the "Novel Worlds" are based on either a famous novel, fairy tale, or Japanese folklore.  You can find a more in-depth article on the series on Wikipedia here.

Episode 16's Novel World is based on "The Mouse's Wedding", a Japanese folktale.  Bakumaru, Cream, and Urii are sent to the Novel World of "The Mouse's Wedding" to find the Jyarei Monster that corrupted it.  Upon entering, Bakumaru learns that he's a participant in a martial arts tournament against other suitors for the mouse bride.  If you want to see if the Jyarei Monster is discovered and beaten before Bakumaru has to tie the knot, download the episode and find out.

This project is mostly by MugenX.  I'm only helping with some editing and distribution for their fansubs.  I suggest checking their site out and give them their thanks.  Also, if you haven't yet, be sure to download the batch torrent of MugenX's first 15 episodes of Juuni Senshi Bakuretsu Eto Rangers as well.

UFO Senshi Dai Apolon: Episode 04

Now for another episode of UFO Senshi Dai Apolon that was not used in "Shadow World"!

This time, we are introduced to a new general of the Dazaan Army, General Gametsu.  (In the Italian and Spanish dub, he was renamed "Gumez".)  Of course, Hido doesn't like Gametsu very much, and the two have a sort-of rivalry that lasts throughout most of the series. 

Back to the story, Gametsu has a new strategy to fight the UFO Boy Scouts... it involves a mechanical scorpion he calls "Sasoringer".  If you want to see if General Gametsu is successful in his mission, just download the episode and find out.

Also, I am still looking for a translation checker and a quality checker for Juuni Senshi Bakuretsu Eto Rangers.  The episodes were already translated and edited (I did the editing for Episode 16 to 39.) and are still in need of more people to complete.  Feel free to inquire if you are ever interested.  Just remember to read this post on AnimeSuki about how to be a quality checker if you are interested in that department.

Juuni Senshi Bakuretsu Eto Rangers (MugenX needs your help!)

I'm posting this on behalf of the fansubbing group, MugenX.

MugenX is currently looking for translation checkers and quality checkers for their project, Juuni Senshi Bakuretsu Eto Rangers.  All episodes has been translated and edited, but they need someone who can fix any errors in the scripts as well as a quality checker who can make the subtitles look their best.  By request of MugenX, this is what they want in a quality checker.

Eto Rangers will continue up to Episode 16 and onward.  From what I've seen of the series, it's a great anime.  A batch torrent for MugenX's previously released fansubbed episodes can be found here...
